Ogilvy & Mather announced the promotion of China on the 5th Tao Lei, President of China for the Ogilvy & Mather Advertising. The appointment reflects the Ogilvy China’s 360-degree continuous brand business growth and strengthen the consistent pursuit of industry leadership.
Tao Lei, will be based in Beijing, the unified control of Ogilvy & Mather Advertising in China, to Ogilvy & Mather Advertising Asia Pacific President David Mayo
Report. In addition, he will also serve as managing director of Ogilvy’s Beijing office, direct supervision of the Ogilvy & Mather in Beijing’s business to Ogilvy & Mather Group, Shu-Fen Chuang, chief executive of China report.
Tao Lei, a Beijing native, joined Ogilvy in 1993 as account executive, has at Ogilvy for over 15 years. Prior to the implementation of the Beijing vice president of Ogilvy & Mather Advertising, Tao Lei, responsibilities include the management of Motorola and China Mobile and other important customer is also responsible for business development, daily operations and vocational training.
Ogilvy & Mather Group also announced that the current managing director of Ogilvy & Mather Advertising Shanghai Lijia Shun would transfer to Hong Kong office Ogilvy & Mather Greater China president of strategic development. Zhangchong Qi, Managing Director of Ogilvy & Mather Advertising Beijing will transfer Shanghai, Shanghai Ogilvy & Mather Advertising as Managing Director.
